SFO General Meetings
are held at 6 pm, generally the 3rd Wednesday of
the month at St. Mary Grade School in Mr. DeJong's office. At these
meetings we discuss current issues, listen to committee reports, and vote on SFO
expenditures. ALL Parents are invited and encouraged to
attend. The planned 08-09 SFO meeting schedule is as follows:

Our volunteer organization of parents, educators and supporters are dedicated to
providing the best possible education experience for the students at St.
Mary Catholic Schools! We continue to honor all stewards through their
gift of time, talent, and treasure through our SFO!
The Purpose
of SFO:
* To aid with voluntary services and special revenue support activites
* To provide a vehicle of communication between parents, school faculty, EAC,
St. Mary Catholic Committees
* To promote programs of information and education for the benefit of Students
and Families
* To promote spiritual and social activities for Students, Families and Faculty.

| The Dell Rapids St. Mary Student Family Organization (SFO) sponsored an ice cream party for the class with the highest number of parent membership into the SFO. The first grade topped the list with eight families joining our organization! It was a fun afternoon with smiles and delicious treats! | |
